Kathleen Kelly's BROWNSTONE

We wandered along Riverside Drive and we fell in love with the Upper West Side. It just felt so homey. There were lots of schools, and at the right times of day teenagers and little kids walked to and from theirs, little "New Yorkers" in training. There were little day care kids holding onto ropes, learning how to cross the street safely (it's brilliant, they start teaching them to watch for cars as soon as they're walking). Basically, lots of families. Maybe it's the fact that it's winter, but the UWS just felt slower, calmer, and quieter than lots of other areas of NY.

I promise, I'll cool it with the New York trip updates soon, but like I told you: I fell in love with the Upper West Side.

And now I give you the long-awaited brownstone of Kathleen Kelly!!

See 1:58, even though I know you'll want to watch the whole thing. ;)
