piano recital.

my friends like to put cute buns in their hair and play the piano. 

this weekend was my christmas piano recital. we played a beautiful quartet, two pianos, four hands for the opening number. and all of my songs went so well! not only no mistakes, but they were all expressive like i had practiced. ha! and let me tell you, at the end of a huge crescendo with a scale i was so confident after i played that dumb scale correctly. true joy. and relief. mostly relief.
